Walter Willman was a well known tournament caster in the 1920's and 1930's. In the early 1930's, he started the Orlando Bait Co. The Orlando Bait Company made a lure called the Master Bait. It came in five different colors - those shown in the photos below, red head w/aluminum body, frog spot and yellow head w/white body. Orlando Bait Co. also sold a Clothespin Plug and a Line Drier as shown in the lure box paper insert below. He sold the baits out of Willman Tackle Shop on Court St. in Orlando, FL.
