Four Tees Bait Co. - Tampa, FL

William R. Bales named his lure company the Four Tees Bait Company and made lures in the 1940's. The 4 T's stood for - The Topper That's Tops. His lures were top water lures and his most popular one was the Dolphin. The smaller version was called the Cuke.
